Before considering me for your commission needs please note that I do not work with deadlines. I have MDD/PDD and though it is moderately ‘controlled’ currently I do have depression bouts where it is hard to work. Please be understanding that I do not have control over how my disability will present itself and at what times, or for how long, my honesty is that I will always let you know as my client if I need extra time outside of any estimated dates. If I feel I cannot uphold my project to completion I will always enact a refund via PayPal.

Terms of Service

Commission Usage Terms & Permissions

You may not claim authorship or ownership of the work, in whole or in part. You must always credit me where credit is due.

You may not make monetary gain or share my work on any platforms that I created for commission with any other parties. This includes modifications to the work or not. If the commission is a gift or must be used for another commission these are different situations.

You may not kitbash the work that is created as a part of the commission for the purpose of redistribution (free or paid, privately or publicly).

The client must provide the needed models and textures for the commission where necessary. If the asset is paid or has a license fee the client must pay this themselves.

Breach of Terms

I reserve the right to cancel a commission, determine a commission abandoned, remove a client from my contacts, repurpose the project if my rights are infringed upon, and/or release the work publicly to the community if:

The client provides no communication for 7 consecutive days during an active project.
The final 50% payment is not received after the work has been tested and verified.
A PayPal chargeback is initiated after the work has begun or the finished product has been delivered.
My Public Releases Terms of Service have been violated.
Any other creators’, FFXIV Community related or not, Terms of Service is violated.

Payment & Refund Policy

All transactions will be made via PayPal invoice which requires your email. I will include a link to my terms in the invoice notes; by paying the invoice you are officially agreeing to the terms.

Payments will be taken as a 50% deposit before the work begins and 50% final payment at the mod is tested in-game but before final file delivery.

Drastic changes to the design after work has begun will result in extra fees to cover the added time and labor costs.

Full refunds will only be given in cases where I cancel the commission for any reason.

If the client cancels the commission no refund will be given. Service fees and time spent cannot be recovered and is part of the 50% deposit.
